Challenge:
The existing Amsterdam Smart City (ASC) platform offered insufficient value to target groups and used outdated technology. The question: how can ASC connect changemakers and accelerate innovation in the region?
Our role:
Protopia Studio conducted user research and data analysis, developed a new proposition and UX/UI concept through design thinking sprints, and performed a feasibility study for the integration and implementation of the platform.
Impact / result:
The updated platform provides an overview of transitions, knowledge sharing, project information, and networking features. It empowers changemakers, makes collaboration visible, and provides actionable perspectives. The feasibility study provided clear options for further development.
