Commissioned by the City of Amsterdam, Protopia Studio conceived, designed and delivered Innovatiepartners.nl: the platform for innovative entrepreneurs who want to collaborate with public organisations.
Public organisations need innovative solutions for societal transitions, but smaller entrepreneurs often struggle to find their way through complex procurement and subsidy processes.
Protopia Studio developed the concept, guided implementation and acted as product owner for strategy, design, platform architecture, stakeholder management and marketing.
Innovatiepartners.nl made it easier for entrepreneurs to take part in tenders and subsidy programmes. The platform grew into the place where government and entrepreneurs find each other, stimulating collaboration around societal innovation.
